# Trust Center

We are a security company, so we hold our own environment to the standard we hold our customers to. ZioSec is SOC 2 Type I attested and is completing a SOC 2 Type II audit. Our report is available upon request.

## Attestations

### SOC 2 Type I (Achieved)

An independent auditor has attested that our security controls are suitably designed to meet the SOC 2 Trust Services Criteria at a point in time.

### SOC 2 Type II (In progress)

Our Type II audit is underway. It evaluates whether those same controls operate effectively over an extended observation window. Timeline available on request.

## Our security principles

- **Built by an offensive security team.** We test enterprise AI agents for a living. We hold our own environment to the same adversarial standard we apply to our customers.
- **Least-privilege by default.** Access to customer data is scoped to what a task requires and reviewed regularly. We collect only what the engagement needs.
- **Evidence over assertion.** Our posture is verified by an independent auditor, not self-declared. The report documents the controls and how they are tested.

**Is your SOC 2 report available?**

**What is the difference between SOC 2 Type I and Type II?**

A Type I report attests that controls are suitably designed at a single point in time. A Type II report attests that those controls operated effectively over a period of observation, typically several months. Type II is the more rigorous of the two.

**Where is ZioSec in the process?**

We have completed SOC 2 Type I and are currently completing our SOC 2 Type II audit. We are happy to share our current status and expected timeline on request.

**How do I report a security issue?**
